The following series of pictures are a personal project, a journey into the realm of abstract and storytelling. Through the creation of images and composition of two or more a storyline is created to distort and abstract the initial product. In the era of media and cell phones, the capturing of an image is an often thoughtless act repeated several times a day. To challenge myself into taking pictures with a more focused and purposeful end I decided to assemble one or more pictures to create a pattern, a story. From something linear I created a set of complex images that draws one's attention through overlapping or repeating patterns.
